Return & Refund Policy

At KD Squishy Co., we carefully inspect and package our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of squishies, sensory toys, sticky/Taba items, sealed products, collectibles, and similar merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, texture preference, accidental purchases, or unwanted items.

Sealed & Sensory Products

For hygiene, product integrity, and safety reasons, items that arrive sealed cannot be returned once the seal or packaging has been opened or removed.

We cannot resell opened sensory products, sticky toys, squishies, slime-related products, candy, drinks, or other items intended to be handled or consumed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If KD Squishy Co. makes an error with your order, such as sending the wrong item or another issue caused by us, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging when applicable

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion.

Damage After Use

Squishies and sensory products are designed to be squeezed and handled, but they can become damaged with use. We are not responsible for items that tear, puncture, pop, leak, become sticky, deform, or otherwise become damaged after they have been used, mishandled, improperly stored, or subjected to excessive force.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect.

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

If you believe there is an issue with your order that was caused by KD Squishy Co., please contact us with your order information so we can review it.

By completing a purchase from KD Squishy Co., you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
